I'm 5'5 and my starting weight was 150lbs, I'm now at 147lbs and would like to get down to about 125lbs, maybe 120lbs depending on how things go. I'm aiming to lose about 20-30lbs, so was wondering how much I should aim to lose a week? I'm torn between 1lb and 1.5lbs. Any advice?
