I feel like I could do it this time

Options
Hi I'm Alice, I'm nineteen and from the UK :)

I've tried a million times, but this time feels right. I don't know what it is, but I'm eating a lot cleaner and going to the gym regularly and noticed I'd dropped a few pounds. Now I'm dedicated, through the sweat, cravings and pain (and maybe a few chocolate slip ups) I'm gonna do it...

I want to lose 20-30lbsish (1.5-2 stoneish), and I don't care how long it takes. If I can do it this year, great, if it takes me 5 years, great, if it takes 6 months... great! At least I'm doing it, I want a lifestyle change. I want to be motivated and love myself.

Add me, I'd love some friends on here to support!

Thanks!

sounds like you've got the correct mind state - its lifestyle, not weightloss.

You're way of thinking and mine are quite similar. I have not started going to the gym (yet) but have been making my way towards a cleaner plan of eating (with chocolate slip-ups... A lot). Good luck to you, Alice! =)
