C....no real workout Friday or Saturday! Could hv done much better on my food intake!

My Saturday could have been much better. I only did 140 squats and nothing else. I had friends in town. My eating could have been much better...... but I will get it in today.

Yesterday went ok; it could have been better. Note to Self.....NO ELLIPTICAL before Squats or Weight Training.
