Kari I am starting by walking. I walk twice a day for about 15 minutes each. (Going from absolutely no activity- just was released by doctors). I'm also doing zumba on the wii. when i get tired, I stop and take a breath and get right back at it. I want to start doing yoga again too.

I'm too shamed to go to the Zumba classes so I got the WII Zumba and I'm doing it at home! LOVE but I am so uncoordinated haha!
