Try the 30 day shred - the dvd is only about $6 online and works so well!

Can you go walking and gradually increase to jogging and running?

Squats, lunges, core work outs etc. are all great and routines can be found on youtube. The same goes for yoga!

    Good luck :) xxx

Walking is free and is an awesome exercise! Running starts free then gets expensive as you start buying the shoes and gear :D

Aim for 30 mins three times a week to start with and build up to five, then look at increasing the time of a couple of sessions.

Buy resistance bands in difference strengths. You can do a whole range of exercises with them, they're very cheap and take up no room.

  • Kari I am starting by walking. I walk twice a day for about 15 minutes each. (Going from absolutely no activity- just was released by doctors). I'm also doing zumba on the wii. when i get tired, I stop and take a breath and get right back at it. I want to start doing yoga again too.
