I am currently 212 pounds (:grumble: ) and 5' 4". My ideal weight is 145 (ish). I still felt large at the weight, but looking back at pictures, I looked perfect. Not too skinny, not to large. I had curves, but they weren't so curvy!

1 month, unless I know them personally or know what's going on with them...

Definately do this one! Hilarious! One of my co-workers brought in a remote controlled fart machine. She put it in the back of her pants and used the waist band to keep it still. She had the button in her hand and her hand on her stomach when she went into our bosses cubicle (we all were listening to everything). She…

This is my chili recipe. It's super easy! 1 pound of ground turkey 2 cans of diced tomatoes 3 cans of beans (any kind you prefer) 1 can of corn 1 packet of Ranch seasoning (like Hidden Valley) 1 packet of chili seasoning I also put in some chopped onion and some jalapenos sometimes. You brown the turkey in a pot and drain…

I'd simply throw them in the sauce when the sauce is heating, personally.

My starting weight was the weight I was when I first started MFP.

Some kind of Nike one that I've never used and MFP. That's it.

I have the IUD and miss cycles all the time now. Apparently that's one of the perks of having the IUD. LOL! Anyway, how late are you? I'm kind of an expert in this field. Feel free to message me...

Is your dad still around? If so, ask him how he did it. He may be able to help you guys do it. If he's not, I'm sorry. :frown: I guess you would have to go with an already made gate thing... etiher from the kids department of the store or maybe the pet department. Sorry. I'm not any help on this one...

 Going through photos of you, your husband, and the kids with her would be wonderful, I bet!

As long as your HRM has a chest strap, I always go based on that.

I'll send you a message with all the info I learned from the class once I attend.

Good idea to check them out at the library! You can then either decide to buy the book if you like it, continue checking it out, or make copies of the recipes you like and put them into a binder of your own!

I don't have those books (actually never heard of them), but we have something called "The Learning Exchange" and it's basically an adult learning center. Like school for adults... most classes are 1-3 days long (not the entire day, but a few hours). Anyway, they offer a freezer cooking class that is supposed to teach you…

I like that actually.

Do you have internet access? I do mini workouts online throughout the day, when I'm doing well anyway. Not so much lately! :grumble:
-
 Yep! He's lucky to have a woman like you!

Great job!! That's a hard one to do! Someone is always bringing something sweet (or completely bad for me) into my office and 9 times out of 10, my diet goes right out the window those days! Amazing willpower! Keep up the great work and soon your hubby will be asking you to GAIN some weight! LOL!
-
Does the HRM have a chest strap or is it a wrist one?
-
Just keep your responses simple. "Thank you" or "Great of you to notice" as you walk away do just fine!

90 calorie Fiber One bars are pretty good. I like the peanut butter ones.
