When it comes to exercise, does it matter HOW you get your time in? For instance, if you work out for an hour a day, does it matter if it's done all in the same hour or if it's split into 4 - 15 minute incrimints? Just curious...

To Measure Or Not To Measure...
I am starting the 30 Day Shred today. I wasn't planning on taking pics or measurements, but going off of weight and the way I feel. However, I'm starting to wonder if I should take "Before Shred" pictures and measurements and after ones... what's your opinion and why?

2 Stomachs! YIKES!

I'm looking for a good heart rate monitor that's not extremely expensive, but greatly accurate, that you can use in the water... I'm going to try and add swimming to my list of exercises.
