This type of thing (without the note home) has happened to my kids at school. Even Lunchables have a small chocolate or something inside of them, which the kids are told they can not eat. It very much so bothers me because I agree that everything is ok in moderation. Especially for small children who tend to be very…

Wishbone's Ranch Salad Spritzer is my go-to. It's got about 2 calories per spray and I typically use 15 sprays for a small/medium salad. Marie's Yogurt Ranch is good when you want the thicker stuff. It contains 70 calories per 2 TBSP.

I'm sorry. That's so rough! My husband is the same way... wants to see me lose the weight because he knows it'll make me feel better, but does nothing to help me. Won't eat differently (although he's pretty thin already), won't exercise with me, but he doesn't cook at all, so I don't have any suggestions about the…

Do you work at a desk? If so, I just got one of these. I haven't tried it yet, but I figure, something is better than nothing and I can't make an excuse not to work out if it's right beneath my feet and doesn't require me to stop working!!…

"I love you guys, but..." Everytime someone says that, they get to the "but" part and I can't help myself from saying, "NO YOU DON'T! Or you wouldn't be saying whatever it is that you are about to say!"

 Best option, in my opinion.

Awesome! How'd you make your spaghetti squash?? I tried once, failed. I hated it. But I used it as a spaghetti pasta substitute.

Slim to none.

Personally, I'm not one to cut out all the bad foods. I'd rather change them a little to make them better. Like your shortbread cookies, for example... can you find a low-cal recipe and make them at home (send the majority of the batch with your kids)? And your homemade chocolate shake... what about using Almond Milk…

The only thing I'm POSITIVE you SHOULDN'T say is, "Wow! When are you due?" LMAO! Hope I made you smile...

Girl, I swear that we are twins! I'm right there with ya. Gained a bunch, but my son poured water into my scale so my husband had to throw it away. I don't know how much I've gained, but I know for a fact that my clothes aren't fitting again. It sucks. I find reasons (excuses) why it's ok to eat badly... "There's too much…

Hahahahahaha! This would be my response if my kids were a bit older! LOL! For me, over or under is so overrated. I really don't care, as long as I have something to wipe with. Usually leave the lid open to make for a quicker return. And always squish. I hate rolling the toothpaste!

YUM!

Ruffles with homemade ranch dip. I can eat the entire container myself!

Pizza, Spaghetti, and my all time favorite/worst enemy... wavy potato chips with ranch dip mixed in sour cream. I won't put it down!

I agree!!!

LOVE it!

That's WONDERFUL!!! Congrats! You're awesome!

I can't play... I already know the answer!! LOL!

Yep. It really hurts after a while, but I don't realize I'm doing it until it's done.

100% slob, but having kids means that I have to at least ATTEMPT to make the place decent. So I'm naturally a slob living in an "in between" household.

That's awesome! Thanks!

Amazing! Thanks for writing this! Although I got married 5 years ago, this is great!

Where I once was... and would like to be again.

Awesome. Thanks!

And that's the way it should be! Way to go guys! SO happy to finally be reading something like this instead of the alternative that always seems to be flying around.

Yep!
