To Measure Or Not To Measure...

I am starting the 30 Day Shred today. I wasn't planning on taking pics or measurements, but going off of weight and the way I feel. However, I'm starting to wonder if I should take "Before Shred" pictures and measurements and after ones... what's your opinion and why?

YOU HAVE TO!!!!!!! I think you will be sorry if you don't. Especially when you are a skinny minnie!!!!0

I lost more inches than weight on Shred...you will be wishing you had if you don't. I didn't do the pictures though. I don't regret not taking them.0

I would do it! I didn't take pics or measurements until 6 weeks into my journey and I regret not knowing my true starting point!0

do it! even if you don't share them with anyone, it will be great to see how far you've come when you've lost a bunch of weight! i'm on W2D2 of the shred, did Lvl 1 only before in the past and lost some inches, looking forward to seeing the results one I complete it0

I just started 30 day shred yesterday. I didn't take pictures until today, but I'm glad I did. I don't plan on measuring though0

I think you should. Whether you ever go back to look at them or do anything with them or not, you can't go back if you later decide you "should have". It's also a good way to gauge progress, if so desired.0

Hi, I believe a pic of before would be an encouragement to keep on keeping on after you have started to loose some of the wt/inches. And an after pic would be an encouragement just to keep before you that you can/do it....0

Yes you totally should! I've heard really great things about Shred, and people losing inches, but not losing a lot of weight. (most people who've posted before and after lost, but not as much as you would expect, but you see major differences in their definition and measurements). And its not like you have to share this info with anyone, unless you want to. :oP
Granted for us..."fluffier" gals (and I mean that in the best way, this would apply to me to!), I'm not going to lie. We might have to do 2 rounds of shred to see major results, but they'll be there.
ANYWAYS... my point...yes you should measure.0 -
I started yesterday. Did measurements and weight. Will do measurements again in 30 days!
Didn't take pictures, but I think I will tonight.0
