  • DON'T FREAK OUT.. JUST GO TO GYM AND WORKOUT AN EXTRA 15 MINUTES!! GO ON THE TREADMILL AND WALK AT 3.5 SPEED BUT KEEP IT AT 10.0 INCLINE AND IN 15 MIN YOU SHOULD HAVE HALF THOSE CALORIES GONE.. AND THE REST OF YOUR WORKOUT WILL FIX THE REST. DON'T BLOW IT TOMORROW AND YOU WILL NOT RUIN YOUR PROGRESS!!!
  • Yes it's called taking one day a week off!! I have always done that it's good for your sanity and it doesn't effect your diet in a negative way at all!!
  • Much harder than treadmill and burns twice as many calories!! Hate it but you get more out of it for some reason!
  • Stick to 1200 calories a day.. Don't eat your extra calories earned for exercise!!! You don't have that much weight to loose so it is going to be hard to get rid of it. Just stick to it ... it will come off!
  • Hey.. When it tells you you have earned so many extra calories from doing exercise.. don't eat the extra calories! Stick to 1200 calories a day and that will fix the problem!!
