Cut down or completely cut the alcohol, watch calories and do some form of low impact cardio. For me walking has helped. I still have inches to lose but there is a noticeable difference in the last month. I need to completely cut The alcohol for a month to really get good results

I think every persons body reacts different and you will have to find what works for you. I don't eat the calories that I burn excercising. I stick to eating the start goal calories for the day (mine is 1200). It works better for me and you don't tend to eat just because you can. I've lost 20lbs
