I've tried losing these 15 pounds for years but nothing seems to work! I'm 5'5 female 21 years old. Suggestions?

Set your goal on here to lose half a pound a week. Eat the amount of calories it gives you plus at least a portion of your exercise calories. Log everything as accurately as possible.2

You can do it! I started late last year at 140 and now I’m 124 and I feel great. All my clothes are falling off and I need a whole new wardrobe.. but still feels good ^.^0
