diet suggestion - eat at a caloric deficit and don't stress too much about "clean". Of course you will get a lot more satiety from a proper meal of fresh whole foods than from a donut, but if you want the donut, eat it.

interesting - I hadn't heard of this. Part of the reason why I want to get my tubes tied is because I can't with hormonal birth control so I use the old school copper IUD, which means bleeding like a stuck pig every month.
