People who complain they aren't losing weight, but either don't log their food or eat crap and with little to no exercise. Don't get mad at the results you don't get for the work you didn't do.

I have the fb zip. All you have to do is go to apps on here, find where it says fitbit tracker and click it, then it will give you the option to connect the accounts. There is also a Fitbit users group on here.

Egg yolks are excellent for a toddler. You can incorporate them in Mac n cheese. Just cook the pasta in milk until tender Once cooked, slowly add egg yolks Then, stir in any type of cheese and seasoning. I'm not sure on exact measurements, but my great grandma has always made Mac n cheese like this.:flowerforyou:

I think anything that is zero calorie liquid can be counted as water.
