Don't be a d!ck. I think that should be a rule of forum posting.

 So much win! Yes, I agree, math is hard. For the longest time when I was younger, I thought the nutrition facts label was for the entire container of food. I'm a dumdum. Thanks for posting!

I always weigh after.

I've always drank my coffee black, since I was a freshman in High school. I'm not really sure if it helps a whole lot with weight loss, but I don't think it's hinders it either, just as long as its not loaded up with high calorie junk.

Still a lot to go, this is a 20+lb difference so far. Edit...I'm not sure how to make this smaller. :embarassed:

About another 30-40 to go.

I'm fine with it. There's a difference between being thick and sexy vs. thick and obese. Women are meant to be curvy.

Most recently (since I've gained, lost, gained many times) my breaking point was when my size 18 jeans were getting really tight. I'm in a 12/14 now.

I weigh daily but only record it on here on Fridays. I suggest, if the scale is discouraging for you, stick with only weighing once per week.

OP, this chart might help you. http://getinspiredgetfit.com/picture/337/body-measure-chart/. :flowerforyou:

Stress, mostly. I am a big time stress eater. If I'm around people, it's the opposite, but the minute I'm alone, I will eat everything I can. I've gotten a lot better over the past few months, but it is an ongoing struggle.

Yea! (in moderation. I don't want a Grizzly Adams)

If you feel you must take a pill to assist you in weight loss, I agree that phentermine is the way to go. I was on it years ago and it worked.

I actually contacted fitbit customer service about this a while back. They said you can log sleep as an activity. It reduces your 'sedentary' hours and gives you calorie burn. I don't do it, though, because, frankly, I I don't want sleep to count as calories burned. That's silly in my opinion. I do, however, wear my fitbit…

First, welcome to my fitness pal! The best advice I can give is DON'T STARVE YOURSELF! Eat more than the recommended 1200 calories and eat your exercise calories back. You should aim to NET at least 1200 each day. Feel free to add me if you want. :flowerforyou:

Just last night I was really wanting to snack but knew I shouldn't because I already ate plenty and wasn't truly hungry. So, I chewed some gum and grand some hibiscus tea. The tea is what really hit the spot, especially since I was craving something sweet and the tea is naturally sweet.
