Yeah, I don't feel too bad about it. I mean, seriously yummy pizza, you guys. The pieces really weren't as big as I thought they would be and the website for their nutrition facts only lists for a medium, not large, so I'm not sure if that makes a difference. :wink: :tongue:

I honestly don't care where my protein comes from or if its laden in fat. I love steak, and not just the lean cuts. I love a big juicy cheeseburger w. bacon. I still manage to lose weight consistently and haven't stalled out yet.

I used to drink them until I read through the ingredient list. I don't like that it has canola oil in. I find that a bit weird. IMO. I never lost any weight with them, and was always hungry.

I would like to get back to this: I was around 160lbs, still a bit chunky, but I was happy with this. This was taken at my first 5K in May 2011, after I finished the run.

I love soup but my body doesn't love it. I don't have high blood pressure or anything like that, but I do believe I am sensitive to high amounts of sodium in one sitting. I work from home and agree it has contributed to my laziness.
