I don't walk very fast on the treadmill, usually 3.0-3.5mph, but I do crank up the incline or walk on the hill setting.

www.butterbeliever.com is a pretty great blog if you want some real world advice about fats in your diet.

I use it on my hair and skin more than I eat it. In fact, I don't use commercially produced facial cleansers anymore. I just mix equal parts coconut oil and baking soda and wash my face with it. I also use it as a leave in conditioner. My hair and skin have never been better.

That's the one I'm doing. It's a lot of fun!

Thank you so much for the kind words! I have zero self control around cake of any kind, so I applaud you for throwing the rest out! Trust me, if there was cake in the house right ow, I wouldn't be typing this. I would be eating it. Lol.

And the leftover Chinese was AFTER I already had regular dinner.
-
I really don't even know the portions I ate. I finished off leftover Chinese food, a crap ton of puppy chow, some cookies.....
-
Baby, don't hurt me....
-
Bump, because I'm curious, too.

Butter. It's not nearly as bad for as you believe it is.

I'm with ya on this one.

Hey all! Hypo here. :drinker:

I've done something similar to this called sassy water. Per 2L of water: 1 sliced lemon, 1 small cucumber sliced, some ginger and mint leaves. Let it steep over night in the fridge and drink the whole thing everyday. Not sure if it actually does a fat flush like it says its supposed to, but it tastes good!

Everyone, thank you so much for the support. It really means a lot to me. Yes, I think I have hit a "mental plateau". So, I will continue to log, but I'm going to try not to drive my self crazy with the macros. Between work and family, concentrating too much on the diary is tiring. I need to relax just a wee bit. :drinker:

Couldn't have said it better myself. Very well done. :flowerforyou:

This is great! Congratulations! No victory is too small. You're doing phenomenol!
-
Don't get discouraged, Steph! Try not to focus on the scale, but instead, focus on the non-scale victories. I actually get more excited over things that have nothing to do with the scale rather than that stupid number. It only tells a small part of the story. You're doing great! Don't give up!

I have yurbuds and I love them!
