Yoga.... or Hot Yoga?
I'm relatively new to fitness; I just joined my local gym and they offer regular yoga and hot yoga. I've never done any yoga before so I'm not sure which I should choose. The girl at the gym says they are both good for all fitness levels.

When eating a salad, do you choose a fat-free/low fat option for dressing, even if its laced with added sugars? Or, do you do for the real thing? Full fat, but little to not added sugar? Just ate three slices of Veggie pizza
Way over my calories for the first time. I'm not really sweating it too much. That pizza was freaking delicious. Not just any ol' pizza, this comes from the local gas station up the street from me. So, I suppose I will eat less tomorrow, fit in a bit more cardio and be over it. :drinker:

I'm officially down a pants size!
From January 1 to present, I'm down 15lbs and went from a 16/18 jeans to 12/14 jeans! No special diet or pills, just eating right, moderate exercise, and most importantly, a positive attitude. :happy:

Reducing sugar?
I almost always go over my sugar, which is set at 35grams. It's not like I'm eating junk....it's only stems from milk and fruit. So, should I worry about it or not? I figure if its coming from natural foods, then it's fine, right?

Are you supposed to eat the amount of calories according to the BMR or less? Also, should you eat back the calories you burn through exercise?
