I've been doing 30 day shred, I'm trying to stick with it, but I'm getting bored. Suggestions?

    Try the BeFit in 90 (not the extreme one at first) challenege on the BeFit channel on YouTube. I liked it.

    myabe rotate it with other workouts like No More Trouble Zones, yoga meltown ( both of youtube)

    Blogilates is pretty good and it is on youtube

    If you don't already mute her, put on sub titles, and play your own music, that helps me. Also, up your weights a bit, the additional challenge might keep you engaged.
  • push through it. only 10 days of each level i just space out and think while i work out. or scream and cry.

    Which level are you on? I thought Level 2 was a yawn (not easy, but boring) but Level 3 is fun! (and really hard, for me)

    The idea is to do it for 30 days, with a rest day or two a week, but at the end of the day it's about what you enjoy and want to do and what you will stick to. I really loved the idea that you could transform your body in 30 days so mostly looked forward to it and did it almost daily for a month BUT I moved on to Ripped in 30 and feeling bored like you...mixing it up with hikes up mountains and just whatever I want to do really on the day!

    this ! I am doing ripped in 30 which I like more than 30DS and I say this to myself befrore I do the workout

    I actually like Jillian's banter in the videos...the only time she is annoying is the cool down. STFU and let me stretch woman !
