Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
1/2 cup canned pumpkin purée
1 container light & fit Greek yogurt (Dannon) peach
1/2 cup milk (I used 2%, but you can use any, of course!)
1 Tbs PB2 peanut butter powder
1/2 banana
Pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon
3-4 ice cubes
Blend everything together and enjoy!

(When made with 2% milk) 355 calories, 11.8 grams of fat, 3 grams saturated fat, 20mg cholesterol, 235mg sodium, 853mg potassium, 43 grams carbs, 8.5 grams fiber, 26 grams sugar, 24.5 grams protein
