13 lbs down, my rings are getting loose and a pair of pants that didn't fit in the beginning of January, now fit perfectly!

    Isn't that just one of the best feelings, to have a pair of pants that you couldn't wear suddenly fit again?? :)

    I had a hilarious incident with my band flying off my finger while I was running. Get those rings sized down people, they're like shrapnel!

    Lol! I saw at Target (I think) these plastic things you can put on the ring to make it more snug. Pretty cheap.
