I am also happy to support you. I have about 32lbs to go to reach my ultimate goal, and yes it is a marathon as opposed to a sprint. Please feel free to add me and best of luck xxx

Well we had a lovely evening. Only 300 cals over my daily allowance but hey ho. Today is another day and back on track. Extra long dog walk this morning and won't be weighing in again anyway until next Monday. Thanks for everyone's input, birthday wishes and encouragement x

Thank alls - feel a bit more relaxed now. Will try to be good B) And extra dog walking for the rest of the week !

Oh sorry to hear that. Thanks for taking the time to reply to my post. I am 5ft 6" and weigh 13st 13. Well I do as of yesterday - no idea what will happen after this evening  I would just prefer not to be back in the 14st bracket again on next weigh in. I guess I have almost a week to make amends.

When on a diet, weekly for me

I would say no on the sugar but definitely on the tea intake. Down to one cup from about 8. Not intentional, just trying to consume the water intake advised instead.

Lower carb than I usually eat but fairly balanced. Don't take sugar but now you mention it I basically have substituted most of my cups of tea throughout the day by the pints of water ! Only having my morning cup - so I guess that could be the cause :-) Thankyou

Thank you !

Hi Liz The last time I did it - I used Diet Chef. I found it quite easy as the food is a) tasty b) portion controlled and its convenient as I work long hours and often skip meals. It was quite easy to pop a pouch of soup in my bag for lunch and munch on a cereal bar in the morning whilst driving. Today I have ordered my…
