Hi Amber, I am also in UK. I had a total of 29lbs to lose. Started on 9th January and currently 8lbs down so about 20 to go. Last two weeks have been static but I am keeping going ! Well done on your loss ! :)

To be honest by trying to get the water taken in I have not even thought about making tea of coffee so that was not an intentional change but I also had no idea about the fact you could get withdrawal. Thank you. I have 28lbs left to lose. As I say I am only on week three (weigh in due Monday) but the first two weeks I did loose 3lb each week. Maybe I need to start eating back the cals I earn from the bit of exercise I am being awarded as another poster has indicated.

I am working to 1200 cals per day. The good thing with Diet Chef is it is balanced ready prepared meals and I just have to add veg or salad so I am not restricting any food group. I am not overly active (desk job) but my fit bit adjustment for exercise gives me 3 to 400 more calories. I must admit I have not been using…
