I am a little nervous about this but here I go. I am 35 and used to be extremely active. I have always been a larger person but always played sports. A few years ago I screwed up my knee and couldn’t do much of anything. Now i am paying for it. No matter what I do I can’t lose weight and it is starting to get a little heart breaking. I will keep going though. But otherwise hello everyone

Hi and welcome. Injuries are a PITA I buggered my knee about a year ago and I know just how you feel. Do keep going though as you say, and you will get lots of support from others. Also happy if you want to add me0

Welcome! Weight loss comes down to calories, so just start logging accurately and consistently. Move more if you can, but exercise isn't necessary if you can't. Good luck!1
