Me- 2 Binge -1 and I'm not even sure if it would be considered it a binge. I did my usual snacking while preparing dinner, but kept it under (somewhat) under control. I need to find a solution for tom night...

Me - 2 The Binge - 0 I wanted to binge around dinner time ( I usually binge if I'm hungry while preparing dinner) I kept it fairly under control. It was definitely took will power. I'm looking forward to another binge free day tomorrow.

Sometimes I see the gain 2 days later which make things worse because I think I got away with it and continue with the uncontrolled eating. Lucie

Thank-you, I'm going to try and read a few of these books. I may try something light for the first book. I believe I had a lightbulb moment yesterday. I have been trying to control my eating through different diets for years now and I can never seem to get past day 3. I believe I have an binging issue not an diet issue...…
