I managed a TBC is Seattle. Great tough conditioning workout, great 15 minutes core at the end. Prepare to be worked.

Running four miles a day is just baseline fitness stuff. If something like that is out of the question, then why even ask the question?

Just eat a ton of high calorie food. Think high fat because it's the most calorie dense. Things like ice cream, cheese, and peanut butter should add up quickly. Eat every couple hours. Don't stress too much on protein, because that can be overly filing for some people and cause you to not be able to eat as many calories.

Do an intense work out before or after work every day. Avoid the break room goodies and lunches out.

Solid food, liquid food, no difference based just on consistency. If you want a little intake in the morning and a meal replacement is easier than prepping and eating a meal, then try it.
