Blueberries and tomatoes. Oh, and yogurt. My doctor recommended a probiotic when she diagnosed me with IBS. It helps so much. I try to fit in a cup of greek yogurt a day. If I can't fit it in, I take a probiotic supplement.

Egg whites! I cook up 3 scrambled egg whites, or 3 boiled eggs without the yolk. Its low cal, low carb and has enough protein to keep me going until dinner.

I agree with this! When I stopped drinking soda, water just didn't seem to quench my thirst. I felt like my body was saying "give me soda!". Are you hungry when you go to bed? I know if I'm hungry I can't sleep. Try a glass of skim or 1% milk a little before bed. I find it satiates my hunger and helps me sleep. When are you exercising? To me, light headedness and dizziness mean a sinus infection. Do your teeth hurt at all? It could be an ear infection, or even low iron. Your diary looks good (although, I would love to hear more about those banana chocolate chip cookies!). I would head to your Dr. as soon as you can.
