It is actually not a fact that being overweight is any more unhealthy then being a normal weight. On the other hand there of course are negative health effects to being obese. That being said, to say that being obese, and im not talking 700 pounds i mean regular obesity, is as unhealthy as being anorexic you are seriously…

agree with both comments. Increase your calories, you can still looe weight with more calories, trust me ive been there and just gained back all the weight. And increase your protein it helps a lot more then you would think.

I've used mine while doing the lower focus on t25 and the calories burned didn't seem inaccurate to me. As far as i can tell go for it. especially for insanity. I did 2 rounds of it in the beginning of 2013 and i wish i had my hrm then

totally agree with this one. Theres something about it that triggers a full on binge for me. Not just sweets in my case. Its soooo good though

You shouldn't let the people who overestimate their calories burned invalidate the hard work you have done. What other people do has no affect on you. You are on myfitnesspal for you, not for the random strangers on this site. If they overestimate their burn, its there problem

Okay thanks :D p.s whoop! to the name Daphne :p

myfitnesspals estimates on calories burned are a little high in my opinion, i would definitely eat some extra calories, maybe an extra 100 to 200. which is what i usually do, i also disagree with the starvation mode is a myth, although maybe those exact words aren't right, eating too little will slow down your metabolism
-
trust me starving your self wont help, did that and gained back everything and then some, and i ate more then 800 i ate more around 1200, never doing that again. Im now at the weight i was at the beginning of my journey and i feel 100 times worse about myself then i did before at the same weight
