I discovered bandalettes and they're life savers. They really help me when I wear dresses, and they look really cute. http://www.bandelettes.com/

It may be because your original start weight is set lower than your actual "starting weight"
-
I kinda love them, it's a guilty pleasure.

The point of macros is to get as close to each amount of macronutrients as possible. It's not really about keeping under or over. Otherwise it kinda defeats the point of tracking your macronutrients.

You definitely need to increase your calories
-
I think MFP gives really low calorie goals. I would pick something not too low, and in a week see how you have changed. Then adjust accordingly if you need to. I am a similar weight and I lose at that rate, eating around 1450 to 1500 calories.

I think they are amazing and, to me, worth the price. However they are a binge trigger for me, big time, so i avoid buying them. I honestly think they taste amazing.

I agree, don't waste your money

I agree with Kalikel. Don't even bother looking at the sugar and switch it to the fibre setting. Unless you are literally eating 15 fruits a day or something ridiculous, definitely don't change what you are doing.

I wouldn't really qualify that as a binge, what we are talking about is a bit more serious then that.
-
I feel the same way. I just tell myself that I have no other choice then to just continue working hard on eating right because the only other option is being back where I started. I have accepted the fact that I will binge once in a while and its not gonna stop, at least for a long time. So just accept it happened and try…

They set mine at 1200 but I changed it higher to 1300. I can even eat higher but I tend to go over anyway so I picked 1300. I'm 5 2 150 pounds. I would eat more if I were you. 1200 is way to low.

You can't gain muscle that fast on a deficit. There's no way. Building muscle takes a lot of food, hard work, and time. lots of time

There is actually a lot of support on the set point theory. Basically, most people have a small range in weight where there body is "set" at. Not that you can't become smaller, its just that it takes a whole lot more work to change your body in either direction, above or bellow your set point. This sounds like a made up…

No not at all. They are the makers of p90x and insanity and all those workout plans.

I almost always have most of my meals planned the dale before. Usually dinner is the only one that i don't have planned.

Seriously.... I drink enough water for human survival, you really couldn't be further from helping answer my question. I'm talking about the gallon a day people are expected to drink for weight loss. But please feel free to exit out of this topic.
-
Sorry if this wasn't clear, i try to drink a lot of water, but my current job prevents me from having time to during the day. Its not that I am trying not to, or for "funsies"

Hey please feel free to add me :)

i'm also struggling with it at the moment. I'm working on reduce the amount of binges. The important thing is to never give up. I've come to accept that binging is probably always going to be a part of my life. I just need to work on reducing the number and when i do go through a binge start the next day fresh with healthy…

okay thanks everyone :) I just wanted to make sure since i've read an article recently that made it seem otherwise and i kinda just wanted to clear it up

You should open your diary. But it could be many things, a huge one could be that you are underestimating the amount of calories you are eating.
