Its hard to say seeing you don't have you diary open and we can't see your daily goal nor exercise etc, have you tried eating your exercise cals ?

Yuck, that's revolting! Saw a doco on tv about a woman who did this, although I think hers stemmed from a choking incident, but she chewed and spat her food into a glass at the table, and her kids started to mimic it as well! Please see a professional before it gets worse!

It's true what they say, you really have to be in the right headspace to commit to it. Sometimes, you have to hit rock bottom ( not necessarily from a highest weight perspective, sometimes on a more personal level). For me, seeing the numbers on the scale decrease, not getting hell sugar or carb cravings, fitting skinny…

I think when you're starting out this is a good way to do it. I still eat pretty much the same breakfast each day, and often the same snacks, dinners etc.

This for me too. My boy lasted all of maybe 3 days in our room as a newborn!

You can get a flexible bar for pregnancy so you don't have to take it out. The belly button piercing closes up really quickly. Just be aware you can end up with a stretch mark through it, but I've just had mine re-done for the 3rd time, and it still looks good (IMO anyway).

Reasonably public. My workmates know I'm trying to lose weight, I turn down most naughty snacks in the office, but I've lost 40lbs (19 kg) now, so it's fairly obvious! Those I haven't seen in a while are starting to comment I'm looking good, and ask how I've done it. And I've even managed to convince a few friends to join…

Body Pump rocks. Great workout! Incredible burn, good music. Start low on your weights if you're not used to them. It basically works your entire body, every large muscle group (and some you didn't know you had lmao)

I love going in the mornings but it's not always practical, as you say though you feel like you've had a bucket of coffee for the whole day! I'm totally not a morning person, but I'm learning to get used to it. The benefits outweigh the pain of getting out of bed so early!

Firstly, do you need both cars? Is public transport reliable where you live? Second, roll all the CCs into 1, see if anyone is offering a balance transfer or similar onto a low interest card. Maybe you could do the 2 loans on this too? Menu plan for meals. Know what you're eating and when, this will help with the weight…
