  • You do have to remember that what you lose in fat you gain in muscle and muscle outweighs fat. So look for visual difference not the tricky number on a scale
  • I am a huge emotional eater myself. I would defiantly suggest eat something healthy like grab a banana or apple and GO outside for a walk if you can grab a friend too.
