Thanks! I never knew water retention helps repair muscles. I have never felt better and I have a ton of energy! Just discouraging to see the lbs creep up, but now that I have a better understanding, it makes sense.

I haven't really changed my eating habits...and I just had my period last weekend. It's so weird isn't it???

I work out in my living room, while my 8 week old son sits in his bouncy chair and laughs at me, haha! I wish we had a workout room, but my weights and resistance bands are in clear sight next to our TV stand. They are kind of like a reminder!!

I am using 3 lb weights and have thought about using 5lb weights, but only for the lunge/bicep curl and the chest flies. I don't think know if I'm ready for the 5 lbs for the squat/overhead press....and definitely not the side lunges/anterior raises!

I haven't noticed the blurriness, but that's when i'm putting my sneakers on, so I don't really pay attention. The past few nights, I've queued up the DVD on the ps3 and turn the TV off so it's ready in the am. Works great!

I do this too. :) A tank top and shorts and i leave a sports bra and my shoes/socks in the bathroom the night before. I also queue up my DVD the night before...

Thanks to everyone!! Even just reading all the responses helped me realize I'm not the ONLY crazy person getting up so early to work out! I found the most annoying alarm sound on my iPhone and turned OFF the snooze button setting.... What a small change to make that made a huge difference! I was out of bed at 4:55 this am…

We are at the same pace and I felt like today was the hardest to get out of bed to do it!!! Good to know I wasn't the only one! You're right - I felt GREAT when I was done! I get up at 5:00 and do it before work - mainly so I don't have all day to think of an excuse to skip, haha.
