I do it 5 days a week and am seeing good results. My body is toning up nicely and I'm really happy. And I only finished level 2. Starting level 3 tomorrow. I find that I am able to push harder after the rest days.

I just did 30 day shre this morning. 28 mins total with warm up and cool down so I didn't eat before and ate right after. Didn't feel too badly during it.

I just started taking iron pills today because I was told my iron was low. I'm just looking to figure out what the problem is and fix it. Based on others routines and ability to do both it doesn't sound like I'm pushing too hard. I know my work schedule is changing soon so hopefully that will help.

Circuit training. I started jillian michaels 30 day shred. It's a good starting point since its only 28 mins long with warm up and cool down. I see results already.

I used to think that way on weight watchers because I was always hungry. But when I signed up here I felt like I was allowed alot of food. And if there is something I want -like to enjoy a piece of bday cake or a Chinese buffet" I will save some calories for it during the week. Maybe trim 50 off one day 60 off another day…

That's a great idea. I'd be trying to put a dab of peanut butter on wax paper on the scale till it read the right amount lol and making a sticky mess!

I am happy with my loss when I follow my deficit so I guess I should be ok. It's all the family events that slow my loss lol. I might weight the peanut butter now though. I weigh solids. Fruit ,veggies, chips, meat. I usually use measuring cups for milk, condiments, and some side dishes like mashed potatoes and like rice. I always use a straight edge to level off. How far off would this put me? Would it be worth zeroing out the container on the scale to weigh these foods or is the…

Who on here said measuring cups are innaccurate? I use them all the time so is like to hear more about that myself. Not accurate because different objects fill them differently? Or based on something else ?

I just completed day 7 and feeling better (meaning I can feel the burn again) three more days and its onto the dreaded level 2 that I've heard so much about. Still I am looking forward to the change!

I don't take breaks either. Usually a quick one to take a layer off lol. I try to then do a few extra moves in between moves. I Love jillian. I never really looked into the other videos. Was going to once I hit day 20 on this one. Are they available a most stores or do you have to order then online?

That is very reassuring to hear! Has anyone ever noticed in level one that the more advanced girl cheats? She takes a break when the camera goes to other girl and she just does the curl part of the move . Lol then later in the video jillian says " and they don't even cheat"

I love seeing before and after pics. I took some in January. Lost about 11 lbs since then. Then I took some 7 days ago on first day of 30 day shred. I hope to take some at the end as well. Wow you are almost done! I'm gonna see what day 7 brings after work today. It's motivating to hear of the results and experiences of others. I only really follow the beginner for push-ups. They hurt my back even doing them in correct Form. (Keeping body in straight line, no sinking or raised butt). All the other moves I follow Natalie.
