I feel like its tough when I'm doing it. But yesterday afterwards I didn't feel like I worked out. So if its only gonna feel easier how does it make results? Are levels 2 and 3 longer?
-
I am better with leg exercises and have harder time with arms. Lol the first circuit in level one is hardest for me. Did you really see results after day 30?
-
You can ask them not to.

Set yourself up so you cannot fail. I know if I told myself I would drink only water , I'd fail. So instead I started by saying I won't drink soda till after 5 pm. Once I did that then I said " I will only have it each day with my dinner or snack" if there are foods you must have build them into ur daily calories. This way…

Totally agree. The people with high blood pressure are gonna want them to keep the salt off the table next.

I'd actually tip less if I have to sit and wait before I can get another drink. It's their job to make sure u have everything you need. Especially since u can't go back into the kitchen and get it yourself.
-
I did the first five days so far. Today and Thursday are my off days from it since I donate plasma. But still feeling great!

I have never came across a server who wouldn't honor a request if you ask them at the beginning of the meal not to bring out something specific. They even makes swaps for healthier options on the food items if you ask.
-
That's a courtesy though. I'd rather get a free refill unprompted that run out if soda and not seeing my server. Especially if I'm eating something spicy lol
-
I know incant control myself at restaurants. Ya know what I do? Ask servers not to bring ME an extra anything. I ask to have half my food wrapped before I eat and I ask her to only bring enough rolls for my family

Here's a buffet tip. I'm sure u wash ur hands before you go up to get ur food. But being hand sanitizer to use after touching all those dirty handles of the serving spoons that were handled by many people before u. Gross!

I need many refills. They like to give you tons of ice and two ounces of soda

I was maintaining for weeks accidentally. Lol I'd meet my goal m-f then Saturday and Sunday go over it. I'm back on track following my deficit and losing but that is gonna be my plan when I reach maintenance. On weekends I want higher calorie foods such as Chinese. Do you feel hungry on the amount you want to eat during he…

I don't care what my husbands says. I'm just happy when his face isn't buried in his cell phone lol
-
It sucks to wake up when hungry. Especially when then something else arises that keeps me up once I'm awake.....like a snoring husband lol

Protein rich foods will help.

And to OP not only are your legs a lot smaller they look totally smooth and toned too. That gives me hope! Great job!

I am also 5'2. My highest was 152.5 and lowest 124 about two years ago. I was stuck at 138.5-139.5 for weeks. Just got below to 137. Shooting for 120. So we r very similar. We can do this. All us shorties can!

I personally think this site is a lot easier than weight watchers. You just search for the food or scan the barcode and it counts down your calories for you. And if say at the end of the day it tells you you have 200 cals left and a food says it's 150 calories you know I have enough for it instead of having to convert tint…

I myself am at 1320 calories. 5'2 137 lbs. I have a similar kind of job. Work with autistic children so I drive a lot and sit in between but I put lightly active. I usually eat around 1250 calories a day . I don't eat my calories back after working out because I don't trust MFP to tell me how much they are. I don't think…
-
Ok you say you are eating 1200-1400 a day. What's the number MFP gave you as a daily goal?
-
Are you eating back exercise calories? Also what activity level did u put in the calculator on here to determine ur allowed calories?
-
I agree with the first poster. I was granted a number of points. Tracking side by side with WW and MFP I was maxing out my WW points but only at 950 calories. Not healthy at all. If I ate super low carbs and lie fat I could get 1200 calories in for my points but you need carbs and fats in a healthy diet.

I'm not worried about the willpower aspect of it. What I am worried about is a brunch and two dinners where I can't measure and weigh my food. I measure or weigh everything I eat and use measuring cups and a scale daily. I can probably try to eye ball some of it. I may just bring my scale in my purse and a half cup…

I was thinking of doing this myself. Putting in a few hours at the gym before all that good Easter food Sunday!
-
I totally agree with this. I can't give up the foods I love or I will End up caving and failing. I swapped regular soda for diet then diet soda to seltzer water. I swapped regular chips for baked and ice cream for frozen yogurt. Now sometimes I even have a Greek yogurt as a sweet snack.

I think I need to reword the last part. If I'm the slightest but hungry my body won't let me sleep. I will toss and turn until I eat something and once I do I'm able to fall asleep. So is it better to eat at 10 pm if not hungry to avoid waking up hungry or just go to bed and if I get hungry in the middle of the night eat?…
