What is the difference? Should I just work out as hard as I can? I find myself having to slow down to keep it at the fat burning level but if you are not burning fat, what are you burning, carbs?

It could also be with your gallbladder. My doctor actually put me on something called Actigall. When you lose weight, especially if it is alot of weight, your gallbladder can act up. Woo hoo, glad we are already losing! I couldn't stop myself this morning and had to weigh. Down 1.4 pounds and that was after water and exercise! I am psyched!

I would like to join the Wii group too. I just started on mine this week and am still finding my way around it, but I love the boxing on it too. Another thing to help you would be to try and eat 4-6 smaller meals a day. I have been doing that this time and I find that I stay full because I am eating more often. This might help you with eating less when you do eat because you won't feel as hungry and also with any cravings you might have due to hunger. Also, the…

Great job! I too have the same problem with working in exercise. It can be hard with a really busy lifestyle. My Wii came in Friday with Wii FitPlus and I am planning on setting it up today and beginning my exercise tomorrow! Good luck!
