Wow, that's a lotta pin-up girls! Thanks for all your hard work putting that chart together!

I was derailed by spring break! :grumble: Nothing for me this week! I have started off good today though! Already been to the gym this morning! Good luck this week ladies!

Thanks for all the advice. I did just join a gym so I could start strength training; however, spring break interrupted this. Maybe after I get on a routine with this it will help. I also had decided to try and lower my carbs and up my protein to see if that would jump start. As far as eating more, I may try this if…

What's a macro?

If you reply with "bump" it will keep the topic in your "My topics" so you can find it easily.

I posted on the other thread with weight, but would like to join also. Today's weight is 233.8. Thanks!

Would love to join. I am in a challenge right now but ends in April. Weight for today is 233.8.

3/14 weight in: 233.8, down 4.2 (really 3.2 since I gained a pound last week) :D Have a great week everyone!
-
Great job! Keep up the good work!

It did but I had to go to two. The first one was not too great a workout but the second one kicked my butt!

Bump.

Good luck Karen and welcome to MFP! I also started about two months ago also and am down 31 pounds, not quite a third of the way to what I want to lose! Having your hubby working with you should help keep you both going good. Wish mine would do this with me! He is very supportive but not much interested in losing as of…

Good luck and welcome! This is a really great website!

My pound I gained is gone plus 1+ more. Must have eaten too much salt this weekend. Gonna try and up my game this week now that I am finally getting over the crud. Going to the gym tomorrow and taking my first water aerobic class! Hope it burns off a lot of calories! Good luck this week everyone!

Weight today is 238, up some. I have been sick all week and even though I ate well, seems I am still going in the wrong direction! :( Bette this week I hope if I can get over this sinus stuff! Good luck everyone!

Who cares about weight when body fat is going down! Way to go! Weight is just a number on a scale!

Weigh in for Monday morning: 237.2, loss of 3.2. Good luck this week everyone!

4-500 calories 6-7 days per week. Losing around 3-4 pounds per week. You need to be sure you are actually working off what you think you are. MFP drastically overstates what is being burned. Even my exercise bike was overstating what I was burning. If you want to know what you are REALLY burning off, need a heart rate…

I have been using a recumbant bike with pretty good results. You have to set it to where there is pretty good tension but my legs are really firming up in only 5.5 weeks. Good luck!

I'm very happy for you! Great job!

Have you tried changing up what you are eating or alternatively, changing up your exercise. I think I am going into a plateau myself. I am going to join a gym next week so I can get more variety to my workouts! Also, I am doing 30 Day Shred (when I can get through it). Go over to the nutrition board and look at the plateau…

Thanks bsed18 for the congrats! Working really hard here as I know we all are. Gonna check out my video on demand too. Did my 30DS today and it kicked my butt. I could not do everything they were doing just like they were doing but I made it through. I also have Shredd it with weights and it is a big workout too! Good luck…
-
WOW, you already look great! Great weight loss!
-
Way to go everyone! Keep it up!
-
Let me try that again. I have also done Shred It With Weights a couple of times. I may switch them out. I could not do everything today but I think will be better soon! Here's hoping for some major poundage loss!

I am there with you. 267 on 1/19/11. I am at 240 as of today. I'll send you a request.

Today's weight is 240.4, loss of 4.6 pounds! Woohoo! Stepping up my game this week. Got my 30 day Shredd video (I'm scared!) LOL! Good luck this week everyone!

Wow, what a difference and what an inspiration! Keep it up girl!
