    A new week!! I actually am up a pound from last week...trying not to get discouraged :)

    My goal this week is WATER WATER WATER!! No, not diet coke< WATER!!!!

    My weight as of this morning was 153.

    My weight today was 161.5...

    my goal this week is to do some form of exercise at least 6 times, and to track calories every day.

    My goal for this week is to work out at least 270 mins and reach 3500cals burned (I missed it by 78 cals last week!) The scale hasn't been kind to me the last couple weeks, but I can feel the workouts making a difference!.

    My Goals this week are to get at least 64 oz of water every day and to pack my lunch for work every day in efforts to make at least 5 of my calorie goals since I seem to be going over every day. I'm looking forward to getting to know more of you. Thanks as always Rach! We CAN do this!

    Weighed in at 213.6

    It was really helpful to take a few minutes and read over everyone's goals, successes and struggles. This weekend was a challenge, had the inlaws in town and went out for my husband's birthday. Knowing I was weighing in and holding myself accountable to you ladies really helped. I was perfectly happy with my seared tuna and was even happier the next morning when the scale hadn't gone up. :happy:

    Goals for this week:
    1. get my 8 cups of water in daily
    2. stay within my calorie allotment

    Good morning Ladies!

    I'm still at 148 from a couple days ago. Was very excited to not have a migraine yesterday (first time in 6 days!) So, I got up did some "Just Dance2" with my 13 yr old daughter. Then decided to take our horses out for a ride. So, we rode for 2 hours. So, I feel great about that amount of exercise yesterday! Very sore today, but it's a good sore!

This week I will workout harder during P90X, drink my water and I'd like to lose at least 2 pounds but aiming to be 3 pounds down which will put me in the160's!     Day one is going well! Well It's not really Day one for me, my offical WI is tomorrow for my 2nd week on WW but the week has gone well.

    I'll do my own WI though next Monday to get an updated weight. Hope everyone survived the time change and had a great weekend! Lets loose some weight ladies!

    I'm a new pin up girl and its so nice that I could join u lovely ladies

    My goal this week is to not gain too many pounds and to control bloating since its TOM...last month was really bad I gained 8lbs and totally lost control so I want to steer this ship this time...

    Today I weighed in at 178.5 lbs which is 1.5 lbs down from last week :D
  • I'm currently at 170...down a pound since my last post!!! That officially puts me at 5 pounds lost since I got this app on my phone and 15 pounds lost since my boyfriend left in September 2010!!! I got my workout in for this morning, but my goal is to workout five days this week, Monday-Thursday, Friday off, then an early morning Saturday workout, and Sunday off. I'm going to make my calorie goals this week! Just under four weeks until my photo shoot!!

    I'm a bit up to 172.2, this weekend was brutal for me and stress eating. This week I want to get back on track with logging everything and try to exercise at least 5 times.
