    That is up from my Thursday weigh-in a bit, but I over-did it on sodium yesterday, not even realizing I would be doing a weigh in today :)

    I over did the sodium a lot this weekend too. At least we can look forward to a nice drop next week :drinker:

    I must have missed the last link to update my weight! I'm holding steady at 143.

    Goals this week: Rest my knees. (GRRRRR) Whcich also means really watch what I eat. Have a great Monday all!

    My goals for this week include getting in more strengh-training exercises (which really means ANY strength training since I am doing NONE right now!) and posting an improved 5K time on Sunday!

    Wow, huge group! I hope everyone sticks with it!!

    Week 1 Goals:
    Stay at or below weight loss calories, but definitely don't go above maintenance calories.
    Drink at least 8 cups of water a day.
    Cardio at least 3 days this week and pilates at least 2 days.

    Wow that’s a lot a people! Best of luck to everyone and thanks again Rach for tracking this for us!
    My weekend went well, got lots of water, stayed within my cals and got my workouts in, all in all it was a success! I wish my weight showed all my hard efforts, but slow and steady is ultimately what’s better for me. I went from 154.2 to 154.0
    Hope everyone did well!

    Alright! This week....

    I WILL stick to my calorie goal
    I WILL push my hardest during p90x and running
    I WILL drink at least 8 cups of water a day
    and
    I WILL be positive about the changes I'm making, whether or not they make a difference on the scale next monday.

    Good morning! Can you update my starting weight to 138.6? Up 3 lbs...eeek! It's TOM, had some binges last week. My goal for this week is to really buckle down on nutrition. I'm doing good with the work outs. Anyone else in the group doing TurboFire?

    Thanks so much for the effort involved in putting this together! My weigh in days are Thursday so my goals have been:
    -burn 4000 calories
    -drink at least 100oz water everyday
    -start doing ab work (my least favorite exercise)
    -continue to be accountable (good or bad)
    -increase positive self thinking

    I would really like to lose 20 more lbs during this challenge...preferably 25 to get to 40lb piss. But loss is a loss.

    It's so nice to see all the new blood for this challenge! My goals for this week are to bring it for ALL of my P90X workouts, try to minimize my computer-time (or any just sitting on my @ss time) and to keep empty calories to a minimum.

    Thanks for posting the update!

    Wish me luck girls! This week my mother in law to be is in town, and she has always been critical and scrutinizing about my weight. Last time we saw each other i was over 20 lbs heavier and she made comments that amounted to my having a large derriere. I'm saying it with much more tact than she did.

    So my goals are to be diligent in working out, be under calorie limits, and to maintain composure and grace before a woman who shook my confidence. I will be a lady.
