After one especially nerve racking run when I just KNEW everyone had noticed I wet myself. Of course the gym was packed so I couldn't leave the treadmill to run to the potty. And to make it worse I was on the men's side! I've been wearing pads ever since. I'm glad you posted something on it. I thought I was broken. lol

I haven't met my goal yet but I'd love to help support you. I do think it's important for you to make the choices yourself on what to eat or exercises to do. Otherwise it won't be something you like enough to stick with it in the long run.

There are probably several dishes that would be ok. I would do a little research on calories before hand to have an idea of what you could have. If you can bring something, i would bring a low calorie dish. That way you know you have something safe to eat. But if you do decide to have something don't stress about it. Just…

I read that you can't spot lose fat but I would try doing some toning excercises for your core and see if that helps.

I did the Tae Bo Fat Blasting Cardio tonight for the first time. I was a work out but I didn't like it as much as the original ones. I found that it was way too fast and he didn't really explain what he was doing slowly enough for me to keep up. I felt like a spaz. lol

I'm 5'2 and my original goal was 135 but i'll probably lower that to 125 or maybe when I get to 135 i'll feel and look great. I think you should decide when you get there.

I've lost 123 so far and I still think of myself as a "fat girl" despite what people tell me or what i see in pictures. That definately effects my self esteem. But i think you need to just go for it, the worst that can happen is they say no. The only way to fail is to not try. =) BTW.. you do look great.
