So what happened when she reached her weight loss goal. Did she eventually go down to 1200 and does she remain there?

I understand where you are coming from here, since mine is similar. Have you tried talking to him and explaining that he needs to back off a bit so you can breath and live. I've had that talk with my boyfriend and it has helped some. Honesty and communication is very important for a relationship to work.

Toast whole wheat sandwhich rounds with suger free jelly Special K protein bar grits with low fat milk special K ceral with low fat milk I know you said you were tired of eggs but.. I do egg white sandwhiches with salsa or a slice of cheese. Good luck!!

I normally leave a hot mess but I think that it will reallly depend on what you are doing. I do mostly cardio, jogging or walking at a high incline. If you are just doing weights I don't think you'd get all that sweaty, at least I don't.

I completely agree, the red drives me nuts and i'm also at 1200. Today I went over a few and I find it very depressing but i'm not going to stress about a little red.

Ok, don't swing!! Instead of veggie snacks try fruit since they have sugar, munch on grapes or strawberries. If you just need to have something to chew on try cherrios or 100 calorie popcorn, something you can just slowly eat that isn't high calorie. This might sounds mean but look in the mirror. That's what I do. I take a good hard look at myself; rember what I was, see where I am and picture where I want to be. That is what helps keep me going. I had a Polar FT7. It worked great for running and cycling, actually all my workouts but when I brought it swimming it died =( I haven't gotten a new one yet. but I would recommend the polar.

I used a glider for a long time when I started exercising because I have bad knees. It lets you keep your legs straight but you swing your legs so I'm not sure how that will work since you said it hurts at the hip. I've just started swimming laps as part of my training for a tri. And I can sure feel it. I don't know how my heart rate was cause my polar died in the water =( but know it can be a really good workout.

I think it's important to find healthy alternatives to the foods you love. To me it's about a new healthy lifestyle not just a temp diet so i don't like to deprive myself of foods I love to eat. I do veggie stir fri and only add a little sauce for flavor.
