Low weights high reps OR heavy weights low reps??
I have lost a bunch of weight and I'm trying to shift my focus from mainly cardio to more toning and strengthening. I have read a few articles but they all seem to contradict each other. Which is better: Low weights high reps or heavier weights with fewer reps? Thanks for your advice =)

NSV or insult.. you decide.
Maybe i'm just being sensitive but today someone at work asked me if I was dating. I said no, she replied "oh well you look good now, you should be able to get a boyfriend" ... umm thanks. I didn't know how to respond to that. Does that mean before I was so grotesque I couldn't get a man.
