What effect does drinking water have on weight loss?

If you aren't used to drinking water consistently it will flush your body of any water you've been retaining. Other than that, it doesn't really help with weight loss, just overall health and body function. Well, it does help eliminate some unnecessary liquid calories that you've probably been consuming, so it does help with weight loss in that sense.0

Lots of times, people confuse being thirsty with being hungry... so they end up eating when they only need some water. If you drink enough water, you will only feel hungry when you are actually hungry and not when your body needs water.0
