Can anyone recommend a good kickboxing DVD? Nothing too hardcore, it would be for me and my teenage daughter.

    I like Turbo Jam and Tae Bo. Both are fun, it just depends on how much you want to spend and where you want to go to spend it.

    I use Les Mills Body Combat which is MMA but they have a set that includes 6 DVDs of varying lengths so there is a variety to choose from
