  • I am not losing many pounds at all...only about 3 in the past 3 weeks but from the 28th to the 4th I had lost 4.75 inches. I am trying really hard not to get discouraged by the pounds that are not coming off but I am happy about the inches. I am not sure why I am not losing the weight though.
  • I just tried egg beaters for the first time today. They are pretty good and only 30 calories per 2 oz portion( which is equal to 1 egg). Also light raisin toast with spray butter....45 calories per slice:)

  • I have the luxury of being a stay at home mom. Although it is great to set my own schedule it is hard to stop myself from eating sometimes. This site is helping me keep on track:)
  • I find that the 30 day shred is helping me to lose a lot of the fat on my thighs. I think it is the combination of cardio and strength training. As much as I hate lunges and squats I have to admit that they really are helpful in this battle:) Good luck!!!!

  • I think that after your body gets over the initial shock of losing so much weight, it needs time to catch up, although I am not 100% sure. You are still losing inches though as your body tones up which would explain why your clothes are fitting differently and why people are starting to notice. Keep up the good work!!!!

  • I got a great deal on some shape ups last month and can notice a difference from wearing them. They are also very comfortable to wear but take some getting used to for walking.   • Thanks for all the advice:) I feel much better now! Even though I have all those calories, I still make sure my choices are healthy ones and not right before bed. As long as I am seeing some desired results I will continue to do what works for my body. Thanks again!!!
  • WOW!!!!! I applaud you both for your effort and success. I have thought about trying the 30 day shred myself but have been doing the biggest loser workout for the Kinect and the Wii fit plus instead. I am curious to know what is involved in the 30 day shred...is it just a strict exercise program? Congrats on your progress…
  • I am the same way because that is when I am able to just sit and relax. My only suggestion is to choose low calorie snacks...that is what I do and it seems to be working so far:) Good Luck!!!!
