  • Hi! While I agree that not gaining is better than maintaining, it is frustating to me that all the hard work that I am putting forth is not being rewarded by my body. I have been stuck at a plateau for a couple of months even though I am following my guidelines 100%. In my opinion, if I am doing every thing I am supposed…

  • Sounds like bloating and excess gas....try gas-x. It works for me everytime. I find that on the days I eat unhealthier than my body in now used to, I get extremely full and uncomfortable. Hope this helps:) Good luck!

It is hard to get everything done and still have time to myself and go to bed at a decent time. • Net calories are intake calories minus burned calories. It is important to get at least 1200 net calories per day. Hope that helps:)
  • I am a mom trying to get back in shape. My daughter is 7 and my son is 2 1/2 and I have yet to lose the baby weight from either of them. I would love to get back to my prepregnancy weight.

  • I am currently on day 8 of the shred but I had to take a break last week because I was sick. From the beginning of week 1 to the beginning of week 2 I lost a total of 4.75 inches. Looking forward to getting back into it today. One more week of level 1 then on to level 2. Keep up the good work!!!!
  • Yes...the numbers are correct. And unfortunately yes, you do need to eat back at least half of those calories. I went rollerskating yesterday and was amazed to see that 90 min burned over 1000 cals. I think it is more fun to burn calories doing fun things rather than through exercise. Keep up the good work and get…
  • You should try a brand called Larabar. They are made of all natural ingredients and really yummy. I wouldn't eat them for all 3 meals but they are good for a quick grab on the go if you dont have time for a real meal occassionally. Good luck!!!
  • It strange that you posted this because I went rollerskating with my 7 year old today. I hadn't been in quite some time and was surprised at how quickly I got the hang of it again. My best advice is to hug the wall as much as you need to but only grab it if you are going to fall. The fastest way to get back into it is to…

  • I did it for a week then got sick and skipped last week. I will be starting up again on Monday and am hoping that the endurance I had built up by the end of the first week will still be there. Don't be surprised if tomorrow you feel like you have the flu or have been struck down by a mack truck:) Thats how I felt on day 2.…
  • That is awesome:) I am trying to watch my sodium levels too but am finding it very difficult. All the healthy low calorie foods seem to be loaded with sodium. Keep up the good work!!!!
  • I have opened it back up:) I am open to more suggestions and conctructive critisms please!!
  • Thanks for all the input:) I drink between 10 and 12 glasses of water per day and I dont add hardly any salt to my foods. I try to switch things up when it comes to what I eat so that I dont get bored and lose interest and admit that I dont really take sodium into consideration. Today wa the first day that I have had…
