Could be that you are gaining muscle mass from the exercise, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. Try doing meaurements of you body so that you can see if you are losing inches. If you are building muscle you will still be burning fat which will make you weight increase, but you will see fewer inches in areas of your body…

I don't eat anywhere near the amount of calories this thing says I'm sopposed to... but then again- I'm a rebel ;-) I want to lose more than it tells me I should in one week, so I just cut the calories it told me in half..... I know! I know! That's not healthy!.... I figure when I reach my goal weight I'll just start…

You can't measure with a work tape measure. It doesn't form correctly to your body. You have to use the flexible tape. Get one and see what you get with that. Good luck!
