Help understanding calorie to exercise relationship.
Question: If I ate 661 cals today, but I just now burned 325- leaving my net at only 336 should I eat something even if I'm not hungry AT ALL... just to keep my calorie intake up???? Can you go into starvation mode even if you never let yourself get hungry?

Been using the "Baby Weight" excuse for months. ;-)
My youngest is 19 months old. I stopped losing weight months ago.... and have been stuck. Beach weather is coming here in Florida. Goal: 19 lbs. to lose. I want to lose at least 1.5 lbs. a week, but my calculator only lets me lose 0.8 lbs. a week.... no matter what I tell it. What am I doing wrong?!!!!
