  • I also use a 35 cal. bread. I have tried both Healthy Life and Heiner's and prefer the Heiner's. I also enjoy making my sandwiches as wraps in large Romaine Lettuce leafs and using a Walden Farms blue cheese dressing with it.... YUM! Hardly any calories that way and eat until you're full! :)

  • I always thought that too... but really you should eat even if you are not hungry if you are very low in calories... otherwise- hungry or not- your body will think it's starving and hang on to every bit of fat it can. Make yourself something yummy that you can't refuse! ;-) lol.
  • I just used the tools and figured my BMR.... I always try to stay at least AT that... really I try to strive for 100 cals. or so less.... that way I will continually lose. Obviously we get out of bed and move around even if we aren't super active so we will lose weight if we stay at or below that number. Good luck! :)

  • I would definatley NOT worry about my diet. You can't exercise if A. You are not eating, and B. Your body needs rest to recover. Give your body the break it needs.... rest and then when you are better- get back in the game. :-) Get well soon!
  • Yup... I have Shin Splints. That's what they feel like.... The feet could be from lack of proper arch support. Go to an athletic shop and let them instruct you on what type of shoes you need. Good luck!

  • You can always eat less.... you'll just lose more :-).... Just be careful not to eat too few b/c then your body will go into starvation mode. As a general rule- 1200 calories is perfectly healthy in a day so as long as you don't go under that- you'll be fine and see more loss in turn :-) Good luck!
