Why do the calories vary so much?

So, I bought Super Jumbo eggs from a local farm in hopes to save some money on eggs each week.
I eat a 1/2 cup of eggs every morning or at least try to.
When I look up the nutrition facts between cooked and uncooked it varies a good amount. Which should I really use?

Hmmm. Good question. I guess I'd go by raw cause I really don't think the protein and cals change that much when cooking.0

It's because you are using the 1/2 cup measurement. 1/2 cup of raw eggs and 1/2 cup of cooked eggs are two very different measurements-- eggs get fluffy!
So, whenever you measure (I'm guessing raw) is what you should use OR just change to logging 1 jumbo egg white and don't even mess with measuring (which I personally would do).0 -
If I eat it cooked- I use cooked measurements. If I'm eating something raw- I use raw measurements. I think that's more the purpose... just to give people a measurement to use depending on which way they are going to eat it. I don't really think anything changes nutritionally from raw to cooked unless of course you are cooking in butter or oil etc. Then it will definatley change.0
