It's got to be water weight. You can fluctuate 3-5 pounds in water weight, and if you are starting the program, it's not uncommon for your body to begin to store up more water because you are drinking more. But that is a good thing! Try to put the scale in a difficult place to reach, that way you are not trying to weigh…

I, too, have thyroid problems, and while my weight loss is slow, The scale is finally moving in the right direction...down! Good luck and congratulations on your success so far!:flowerforyou:

Your resting rate is amazingly healthy! And I would not worry if your rate gets into the 180's...you won't have a heart attack. However, I don't think that is a rate you want to maintain. You probably need to slow a bit to keep that rate down within the healthy zone. It is unhealthy for a person with plaque build-up in…

Correction...500 calories!

The other day I had a regular sonic smoothie...they say fresh fruit and nonfat yogurt. Well, when I got home and recorded it, I swore I'd never do that again! 400 calories! I was able to adjust dinner to keep from going over for the day, but I was very surprised!

I may try that again and see what happens. Eat more and weight training...I've got nothing to lose but weight!;)

Thanks for the reply! I will increase my weights and see what happens!

Ewww...throw away the pizza! I'm with you on the cravings! I have been sucking on Crystal Light candies and drinking lots of water to keep from eating everything in the house! Fortunately, I don't have much in the area of unhealthy, so at least I'm not tempted to eat cookies, chocolate or ice cream! Otherwise, I'd probably…

I am getting so frustrated! I have been using this site since June and have only lost two pounds! I think that part of the problem is that my BMI is at 24%, and I have plateaued. My goal is to get to 20% BMI. I am eating the calories that the site recommends, with an oopsie day only about once a week, and not that much…

Crunches, sit-ups and leg lifts are free! Add reps and weights as you build strength. Your money is better spent on a good pair of shoes!

That's scary! Wow, you were an angel that day!

Yeah, we laughed about that as well!

Good for you! A lot of people go for ease and get the unhealthy stuff. Have fun tonight!

No, you need to be walking every day. 3 days a week is a good start if you have not been working out and exercising, but after a week or two, you need to add time and days. The good news is that when you do, you get to eat more! LOVE IT!

There used to be a video out call "Potty time". It had potty songs and made going potty sort of a party! I'm sure that you make a big deal out of it when she does use the potty, but maybe there can be stickers or some sort of additional reward when she is successful! Good luck!

Be sure to combine a protein and a carb for your snack! Or you could try a 1/2 FF milk,1/2 coffee drink for protein, dairy and pick me up! Good luck!

yogurt with granola or dried cereal on top is yummy! Also, cheese/cottage cheese with a fruit cup or orange.

An early morning workout is really great! It doesn't seem so in the beginning, but once you do it, you'll be hooked! It is so satisfying to begin your day full of energy and satisfaction! Good luck!

Wow, I looked at your profile, and you are one busy mom! First, you do need to take some self time that is not a nap! You can begin to lose all identity living for your family and neglecting your SELF inside. Motherhood is very satisfying but is also a very hard and demanding job. I don't know your situation of…

I'll reply to the recipe which puts it into my topics. I don't know how long topics are kept on our files, so I'd copy and paste and create a recipe file in Word or print to a binder for the ones you REALLY like!:flowerforyou:
